Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Please note that during peak seasons, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors first.
