Refund Policy
At Temptique, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure every purchase meets your expectations. Each fragrance is crafted with care and precision — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.
Returns
Due to the personal nature of our fragrance products, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return:

The request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

The product must be in the same condition you received it — sealed and undamaged.

Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation) is required.
If your item meets these conditions, please contact our support team at support@temptique.com before sending anything back. Once approved, we’ll provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We cannot issue refunds for used or opened fragrance bottles.

In cases of damaged or incorrect items, we will replace your product at no additional cost.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at temptique.shop@gmail.com with photos of the issue and your order number.
We’ll review the case and send a replacement as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your unopened product for a refund and place a new order.
